Othobothini Community Health Centre (formerly Jozini CHC)
The responsibility of Ilisu Consultants was for the design and supervision of all Civil and Structural Engineering Works in the construction of theOthobothini Community Health Centre (formerly Jozini CHC)
The project entailed the design of structural building works, design of internal road and upgrading of gravel road D850 into blacktop.

Real Estate
KWANDABA PRIMARY SCHOOL
This project brought much-needed educational facilities to the KwaNdaba community. We built three new classroom blocks, an administration building, and an Early Childhood Development center for the youngest students.
The scope also included a multipurpose classroom that can be used for different activities, a nutrition facility to support meal programs, and new ablution blocks across the site.
These facilities give the school the infrastructure it needs to properly serve students and the broader KwaNdaba community.

Commercial Properties
Kwa-Mashu Christian Centre
This project was initiated by the KwaMashu Christian Centre’s board of directors after realizing that the centre, which cares for the old and frail members of the local community, was running at over capacity rendering it incapable of providing adequate service to its people. The Department of Human Settlements has since funded this project to provide 60-bed dormitories, a laundry, an administration block and a play area for the crèche situated within this site. The involvement of Ilisu Consultants has been limited to the design, quality control and supervision of this double-storey building for all the civil and structural components of the building.
